Illinois Valley Community College President, Dr. Tracy Morris, gave Representative Lance Yednock a tour of the facility last week. Rep Yednock is a lifelong resident of the Illinois Valley and his 76th District includes two IVCC campuses and part of the Community College District. Dr. Morris updated Rep Yednock on college improvement projects and invited the representative to discuss future opportunities for partnerships and growth with the community and ways to continue to support students working towards higher education with college stakeholders.
“Representative Yednock has been a strong advocate for IVCC and our community. It was great to have him and his team on campus to see the great work we do and how the work he does makes such a difference for us. We are looking forward to continuing conversation,” Dr. Morris said.
