The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office has developed a new program aimed at Senior Citizens within LaSalle County. The Senior Check-in Program is designed to check on the well-being of Seniors with a once a week scheduled call to make sure the individual is doing okay. To qualify for the program, the senior must live alone and have no family members nearby to check on them. The application and waiver form are on the LaSalle County website, fill out the application and email to [email protected].

If you do not have access to a computer, the application and waiver forms will be available for pick up at the LaSalle County Sheriff’s office or you may call us at 815-433-2161 Extension 8 for further assistance.
You will be required to provide emergency contacts on the application. The dispatch center will call the emergency contacts if the senior does not answer the phone during their scheduled appointment.
