If the holiday season is hard for you or you dread the holidays, GriefShare offers a seminar to help you Survive the Holidays. If you are grieving a loved one, this seminar is especially for you. The seminar will teach you how to deal with changes in your life, tips to survive social events and how to discover hope for your future. The “Surviving the Holidays” seminar is on Monday, November 20, 2023, from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Evangelical Covenant Church, 24 N. Main Street, Princeton. There is an optional workbook to purchase for $5. Participants should bring their own water bottles. Pre-registration is not necessary but helpful.
