Congratulations go out to a pair of talented young girls from the Bureau County area who have won the Farm Bureau’s annual Placemat Contest. Congratulations to third graders Kensi Haney from Bureau Valley North, Mr. DeMay’s class and Leah Donnelly from Bureau Valley North, Mrs. McCauley’s class. The winners were among 121 entries from across Bureau County. This year’s theme was “What Ag Means to Me.” The winners were recently recognized at the Ag Breakfast sponsored by the Princeton Chamber of Commerce.
