Wyanet-Walnut Blacktop to be Reduced to One Lane June 9th and 12th

The Bureau County Highway Department announced rolling single lane closures along the Wyanet-Walnut Blacktop this weekend. According to the Highway Department: “Project work this weekend on the Wyanet/Walnut Blacktop from Route 6 to 2200 North Avenue will result in a rolling one-lane road closure from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday and the following Monday, June 12th.” Drivers are asked to keep this in mind and drive carefully in the affected areas.
