A search is underway for Migo, a police canine assigned to the TRIDENT unit, who went missing near Ferris Lane by the Bureau and Putnam County border on May 13, 2025. Authorities report that Migo, a 70-pound white Springer Spaniel with black patches on his head and hindquarters, was last seen wearing one orange and one standard flat-style collar. Despite coordinated efforts involving drones and ground searchers through the night, Migo remains missing as of 3 AM on May 14th. Anyone who spots Migo or has information is urged to contact the Bureau County Sheriff’s Office at 815-875-3344.
