The City of Kewanee has closed Red Adams Road to thru traffic after warm temperatures essentially melted part of the road. The closure is to ensure the safety of motorists “due to poor road surface conditions” and will remain in effect until necessary repairs can be made. Red Adams Road was resurfaced in June 2022.
