Ribbon Cutting for Bloom Macomb, New Floral Shop Promotes Kindness and Sustainability

A new floral oasis has blossomed in Macomb! The Ambassador Committee of the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Bloom Macomb with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Located at 1510 E. Jackson Street, this boutique floral shop is the brainchild of owner Anne Ingersoll, who saw a need for a local hub for flowers and plants. Ingersoll, who won the City of Macomb Small Business Pitch Competition earlier this year, aims to “Plant Kindness, Grow Love” with her shop.

Bloom Macomb isn’t just about blooms—it’s about community. The shop showcases local artists, provides internship opportunities for college students, and emphasizes eco-friendly practices. Whether you’re looking for a lavish bouquet or a budget-friendly arrangement, Bloom Macomb has something for every occasion.
