This past Thursday, a routine check on a suspicious vehicle on Avenue K led to the arrest of two local residents, 32-year-old Jaysiah Segobiano and Okita Broadnax-Lerma. After investigating, Sterling Police charged both individuals with home invasion and criminal trespass to a residence.
Additional charges against Segobiano include operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, uninsured motor vehicle operation, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of alcohol, and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle. They were both issued a Notice to Appear in court.
