Celebrating 75 years of green thumbs and vibrant blooms, the Morrison Garden Club marked its significant anniversary with a jubilant gathering at Dunlap Lodge on October 5th. Since its inception, this diligent group has dramatically transformed Morrison, beautifying public spaces from French Creek Park to the thoroughfares of Main Street, and The Odell Public Library, with seasonal decorations and thoughtful landscaping.
Their efforts include the cherished annual May plantings at Grove Hill Cemetery and creating welcoming vistas at the Morrison Community Hospital. The club’s dedication not only enhances Morrison’s charm but also fosters a deep community connection that continues to flourish with each project.
