On Wednesday, October 29th, the Mount Carroll Public Library hosted a dynamic Job Search Workshop aimed at equipping attendees with essential tools for employment success. The event featured expert presentations from: David Schmit – NWILED, Jack Kromer – IDES Veterans Representative, Tammy Nehrkorn – BEST, Inc. Colleen Neary – IDES.
Participants gained guidance in crafting effective resumes, exploring job search resources, understanding veteran-specific service programs, and learning what employers seek in candidates.
