The Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce is bringing Halloween spirit to uptown with its annual Biz Boo Trick or Treat event on October 24th. Families are invited to stroll through participating businesses, where little ghosts and goblins can collect treats. Non-storefront vendors will be set up at 300 First Avenue, making it easy for everyone to join the fun.
