Ladd, Illinois is gearing up for the 21st annual “Convoy Against Cancer” BIG Truck Show, returning on Saturday, July 19th, From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Main Street will showcase a dazzling lineup of new and vintage trucks, including cranes, fire trucks, and tractors. The event is more than just a display—it raises funds for the American Cancer Society Relay For Life. Attendees can enjoy music, door prizes, food, and more, with all proceeds supporting cancer research. Organizer Phil Hocking notes the event feels like a homecoming, connecting families and honoring loved ones affected by cancer.
