Kristopher M. Mockovak, age 24, of Rockford, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of North Galena Avenue on October 14th, at 10:01 PM., for an Illinois Department of Corrections Parole Violation Warrant. Mockovak was transported
to the Lee County Jail.
Kaine A. Stone, age 22, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of Sproul Street on October 14th, at 7:20 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Stone was transported to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
