William I. Snow V, age 33, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of North Galena Avenue on March 23rd, at 7:44 AM., for Aggravated Battery
and Violation of an Order of Protection. Snow was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Zackery A. Letcher, age 29, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 500 block of North Hennepin Avenue on March 23rd, at 1:26 AM., for Driving Under the
Influence of Alcohol / Drugs, Improper Turn, and Disregarding a Stop Sign. Letcher was cited and released with a notice to appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
