Nancy L. Scudder, age 35, of Rock Falls, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue on March 30th, at 10:49 AM., for an Ogle County Failure To Appear Warrant. Scudder was taken to Lee County Jail.
Gabriella A Jacobo, age 30, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on March 31st, at 11:36 AM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Jacobo was released with a court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
