On Monday, June 2nd, the Dixon Police Department was notified of a missing person who had not been seen since Sunday, June,1st, at approximately 1:00 a.m. The Dixon Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Madison Manning, age 25 of Prophetstown, Illinois.
Manning was last seen in the 1000 block of Highland Avenue. Manning is a white female, 5’4’’, 135lbs, last seen wearing a black t-shirt, grey sweat pants, black socks and no shoes.
