Dangerous cold is in place and will remain through Saturday morning, January 31st, 2026. Wind chills of 35 to 40 below zero can be expected north of I-80, especially before 10:00 a.m.
An Extreme Cold Warning remains in effect area-wide through Friday morning, January 30th, before 10:00 with a Cold Weather Advisory area-wide for Friday-afternoon-through-Saturday-morning.
Accumulating snow is possible Saturday, January 31st -into Sunday, February 1st, with areas south of I-80 favored.
