From House Republican Leader Tony McCombie, fentanyl has found its way into our neighborhoods, our schools leaving no community safe from its reach. That is why she has sponsored House Bill 3203 which was given House approval on Wednesday. With the measure McCombie wants to allow access to testing strips to prevent fentanyl overdoses. Attached is audio of her presenting the bill on the House floor.
The bill now moves on to the Senate for their consideration.
