Morrison is gearing up for a festive Halloween with numerous trick-or-treat events planned across the city on October 31st, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Notable offerings include the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office’s “Trunk or Treat” in the Law Enforcement Center parking lot and the participation of the Morrison Police Department.
Additionally, five local churches have opened their doors to community children, offering treats, hot chocolate, and cider. Unique attractions include drive-through tacos at Crossroads Community Church and non-edible goodies for those with food sensitivities at Bethesda Lutheran Church. Pleasant View Rehabilitation & Health Care Center also welcomes little visitors in its Activity Room, promising a safe and delightful Halloween for everyone.
