In Sterling, a significant legal case unfolds as Robert A. Ager, 40, faces charges. On August 11th, Roy S. Chavez, 41, was discovered critically injured in his vehicle at CGH Medical Center’s parking lot after being stabbed multiple times.

Ager, who pleaded not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder, allegedly attacked Chavez while he was driving. Despite immediate medical attention, Chavez succumbed to his injuries.
