Authorities have identified the victim of last Friday’s small plane crash near Thome and McNeil roads as 27-year-old Justin Wiggins. According to officials, investigators are examining the wreckage and reviewing flight data to determine the cause of the crash, which occurred in the afternoon hours. Wiggins was reportedly piloting the aircraft alone at the time of the incident.
