Rock Falls is gearing up for its 2nd Annual Spooktacular Halloween Lighted Golf Cart and UTV Parade. Last year, the event dazzled crowds with 29 uniquely decorated entries and a packed West 2nd Street.
Organizers are encouraging local residents to put their creative spin on golf carts and UTVs for this year’s celebration. Entry registration remains open, but hopeful participants need to sign up by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15th. Even those without an off-highway vehicle permit aren’t left out—a temporary one-day permit will be available just for the big parade.
