The Sterling Police Department has reported recent warrant arrests linked to theft-related offenses. Authorities have taken Ryan Holcomb into custody, charging him with possession of stolen property and several instances of failing to appear in court for retail theft and criminal trespass. Alongside Holcomb, Adelina Mondragon, Jakob Wallingford, and Nicholas Jones have been arrested on similar charges and are currently held at WHCO Jail.
