The search for London Thomas of Dixon, Illinois, continues after a major river rescue effort ended without success. Thomas was last seen late April 13th, jumping from the Peoria Avenue Bridge while fleeing police.
The incident began with reports of disorderly conduct and harassment at a local Casey’s store, where Thomas and another individual provided officers with false names before fleeing on foot. More than 70 personnel, seven boats, drones, and sonar equipment were deployed in a 12-hour search led by Dixon emergency teams and regional partners, but Thomas remains missing.
