Nicholas Szpiiman, 37, of Killeen Texas, was taken into custody following a traffic stop on the 400 block of 6th Avenue at 7:32 PM. Szpiiman faces charges including unlawful possession of a weapon and ammunition by a felon, possession of meth, and several outstanding Texas warrants — including failure to appear for dangerous drugs, evading arrest, and deadly conduct with firearm discharge. Szpiiman was transported to WHCO Jail.
