Third grade students in Rock Falls received a special gift this week as part of American Education Week. Cheryl Faber, Chair of the Rotary Literacy Committee, distributed grade-appropriate dictionaries to 165 students across five schools, including East Coloma, Montmorency, Merrill, Thome, and St. Andrew.
The effort included both public and parochial schools, ensuring each third grader received a personal dictionary.
