The Whiteside County Health Department (WCHD) and Community Health Clinic (CHC) are very excited to announce our new addition, which includes our expansion and addition of Optometry services is expected to be completed by the end of this Month with services beginning November 4th!
We would like to invite all members of our community to an Open House for our new addition and Optometry Expansion Saturday November 2nd from 9:00 am until 12:00pm.
The Open House will include tours of the new addition including the new unified clinic waiting area, Optometry as well as Oral Surgery added earlier this year. Tours will be available from 9am until 1pm and start in the new Main Entrance under the canopy off of West 2nd street.
We are very excited to show how our expansion projects have come together to create a unified patient experience and expanded to meet the evolving needs of our community through the addition of specialty care to our wide array of services. We look forward to seeing you there and continuing to serve our community.
WCHD Optometry is already scheduling patients to see on Monday, November 4th and we look forward to seeing you then!
