- Raymond Florido of Elgin was cited for Speeding 80mph in a 55mph zone
- Kandy Milliner of Beardstown was driving a Chrysler Van and struck a deer on RT 67 near Gillette Rd

- A juvenile of Rushville was driving a 1996 Chevrolet S-10 was travelling Westbound on Stoney Branch Rd and lost control of the vehicle approximately 1⁄2 mile east of Littleton Rd, the vehicle struck a ditch on the passenger side of the vehicle.
