Expect snow-covered roads and low visibilities with hazardous travel conditions this afternoon. Evaluate your travel plans for today and consider modifications. Many locations south of I-80 can expect a temporary lull before the snow picks up again after 3 pm.
Additional snow this afternoon and tonight is forecast in the 4 to 6 inch range north of Interstate 80, and 1 to 4 inches south.
