Sparks is joined by Macomb Police Chief Jeff Hamer to talk about a few different topics including Halloween safety tips, Fall/Winter driving tips, and the Bowl For Kids Sake bowling event happening at Diggers College Bowl this Saturday, sponsored by the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mississippi Valley.
