BUSHNELL, IL – The Bushnell-Prairie City Spartans Boys Basketball team is hitting the road to Carthage tonight, where they’ll be looking to bounce back after a tough 25-53 loss to Augusta Southeastern on the road last night.
The Spartans are looking to close the season out on a high note, with only games against Illini West and North Fulton left in the regular season. They currently sit at 11-17, holding the #4 rank in the Prairieland with a 3-1 record against conference opponents.
During their last meeting with the Chargers, the Spartans kept it close but fell 43-34. Since that meeting, Illini West has won 15 games including last night’s contest against Canton where they won 60-45.
Tonight’s game tips off at 7:30 in Carthage.
