Steve Johnson Retires from Abilities Plus Board after 33 Years of Service

After 33 years of dedicated service, Steve Johnson retired from the Abilities Plus Board of Directors in Kewanee on June 24, 2024. Steve Johnson, of Galva, who helped start the organization’s Annual Golf Outing, served as President and Vice President during his tenure, contributing significantly to the agency’s mission to support individuals in need. According to the release, Steve Johnson said the best part about serving on the Abilities Plus Board of Directors was working with and getting to know the dedicated board members, directors, staff, and clients they serve.

“When Steve was asked to serve on the Abilities Plus Board, he knew it would be a great opportunity to become involved and work with an outstanding agency. He believes in the mission of Abilities Plus and feels strongly about the need for the agency in our area. He is happy to have served for an agency that provides meaningful and important life fulfilling services for those in need.”
