The Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes Steven Brody as its new Executive Director. Brody steps into this role with extensive experience, having previously led both the Burlington/West Burlington and Galesburg Area Chambers of Commerce. His board membership with the Illinois Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives highlights his deep connections within the industry.
A California native, Brody’s academic credentials include a BA in Political Science from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from the American College of Law. Known for his innovative communication skills, Steven has a rich background in media, including hosting a public affairs radio and TV program in California and a community-focused podcast.
In Macomb, he plans to foster collaboration among business leaders and public officials to advance regional development. His strategic vision focuses on positioning Western Illinois as a premier business destination.
