In the spirit of the holiday season, a local community group is urgently appealing for more participants in their annual gift-giving initiative. With an overwhelming number of tags on the tree and 94 new tags that need to be added to their festive tree, organizers Amber Patch-Troxell and Heather Dana are reaching out for support. Community members are encouraged to select a tag from the tree and bring joy to a child’s holiday by purchasing at least an outfit and a toy. The gifts, initially due back this Monday, now have an extended deadline up to December 13th. This extension provides a great opportunity for more people to get involved and spread holiday cheer. You can drop the fulfilled Angels off at Amber Patch-Troxell Farmer’s Insurance, HRD Tack, or the Salvation Army. You can Venmo Amber or Heather a donation, and they will do the shopping for you: @Amber-Patch-Troxell or @Heather-Dana-4.
