All lanes are back open at 4:08 pm.
A traffic accident on Main Street at Prospect Street has traffic limited. The southbound lanes are blocked due to the accident. Northbound lanes are flowing for now. As of 3:52 PM, the vehicles are blowing the roadway. Officers said the scene should be cleared soon. Avoid the area if possible.
Update: Officers are directing traffic for southbound lanes. The tow truck is picking up the vehicle at 3:58 PM.
Both northbound lanes back open and outside lane of southbound lanes is open. Continue to watch for emergency personnel.
