The annual St. Jude Kewanee to Peoria run is on August 5, 2023, beginning at 5 AM, in Kewanee. There are five teams and 40 participants this year and have raised $14,304 of their $35,000 goal. The St. Jude Kewanee to Peoria Run is an annual charity event benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Since 2012, supporters run 54 miles from Kewanee to Peoria, raising $424,546 along the way to further the lifesaving mission of St. Jude. This is more than a running event, it is a chance to contribute to the mission of St. Jude, while creating lasting memories and form and strengthen friendships with fellow runners.
