Alpha Man Accepts Plea for Aggravated Battery of his Mother, Father and Juvenile Son

A 39-year-old man from Alpha accepted a plea deal that would allow him to be released from the Henry County Jail the same day.  Timothy White was in custody of the Henry County Jail for the battery of his father, who is over 60 years of age.  The battery against his father occurred one day after his release from jail on bond for the battery of his 60+ year old mother and juvenile son.  Timothy White plead guilty to Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ (Class 3 Felony) and Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for the battery of his mother and son.  Mr. White plead guilty to Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ (Class 3 Felony) for the battery of his father.  The remaining counts will be dismissed per the plea agreement.

Mr. White was sentenced to 30 Months Probation, 180 days in jail with Day-for-Day Credit and Credit for Time Served, $1,000 fine plus assessments, submit a blood and saliva sample, Obtain Anger Management Evaluation and Recommended treatment, consume no alcohol or drugs and submit to random testing and have no abusive contact with the victims for the Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+.  White was sentenced to 24 Months Probation, 180 days in jail with Day-for-Day Credit and Credit for Time Served, the jail sentence is stayed pending compliance with the plea deal, obtain Anger Management evaluation and recommended treatment, consume no drugs or alcohol and submit to random testing and to have no abusive contact with the victim for Domestic Battery/Physical Contact.

White was originally charged with Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ (Class 3 Felony), two counts of Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) and Domestic Battery/Bodily Harm (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF85.  He is charged with Aggravated Battery/Victim 60+ (Class 3 Felony) and Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF115.
