The Status Hearing is Continued again for Ronald Bombliss so he can meet with the doctor following his Status Hearing to complete the Fitness Evaluation to determine if Mr. Bombliss is fit to stand trial. Ron Bombliss told Judge Cosby at his November hearing that he can’t travel to meet with the doctor so transportation must be provided to him and the doctor must be “Competent”. Assistant State’s Attorney Katie Reynolds requested a continuance because the report is not available yet and so Mr. Bombliss could meet with the doctor immediately following the hearing. Ron Bombliss is charged with Retail Theft <$300, Fleeing/Attempt to Elude and Resisting/Obstructing (Class A Misdemeanors) plus various traffic citations.
