The Henry County Courthouse was evacuated on Tuesday following threats to blow up the courtHouse. On April 11, 2023, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office evacuated the courthouse after threats were made by a male subject over the phone to blow up the courthouse. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office took extra precautions for public safety during the evacuation. As a result of the investigation, Dimitris J Roush, 23, of Cambridge was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and making Terrorist Threats.
