The Colona Police Department is investigating an alleged aggravated battery that was happened overnight on September 25th. On September 26th at 2:21 AM, The Colona Police Department received a report of an alleged battery of an elderly subject. The initial investigation indicates that the elderly victim was allegedly battered between the hours of 11 PM on September 25th and 2 AM on September 26th. The battery reportedly took place in the area of Swannys and the Colona American Legion. Detective Hull is requesting anyone that lives in the area of the alleged battery to check their video surveillance and contact the Colona Police Department with any activity during the time frame of the alleged battery.
