Congressman Eric Sorensen Now Accepting Student Applications for U.S Service Academies

If you know of a student who is interested in attending a US Service Academy after High School, you will need the help of a Congressman and IL-17 Congressman Eric Sorensen is eager to help. Congressman Sorensen releasing information this week regarding applications that can be submitted to his office in order to receive a nomination from his office. Congressman Sorensen can nominate up to 10 students to attend one of the US Service Academies. In a statement to the media Congressman Sorensen stated:

“As the proud representative of many talented young people in Central and Northwestern Illinois, it is my honor to nominate select high school students to our nation’s military academies,” said Sorensen. “Those who attend these exceptional institutions bring honor to themselves, their community, and their country, and I’m happy to play a role in supporting their ambitions.”

This opportunity is open those who are hoping to attend the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, NY, the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY.
