Preliminary Hearings
Wade Serven: Wade Serven, 29, of Wyoming waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment. Serven posted $10,000 bond on May 16th and was released. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for July 13, 2023, at 9 AM. Serven is charged with two (2) counts of Criminal Assault by Force (Class 1 Felony). Read more here.
Ronald Calloway: Ronald Calloway, 34, of Kewanee remains in custody on a $25,000 (10%) bond. Calloway waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for June 15, 2023, at 10 AM. Calloway is charged with Unlawful Restraint (Class 4 Felony), Domestic Battery/Other Prior (Class 4 Felony) and Domestic Battery/Physical Contact (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 2023CF126. Nicole Emerick: Nicole Emerick, 34, of Cambridge waived her Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for July 13, 2023, at 9 AM. Emerick is charged with Aggravated Battery/Public Place (Class 3 Felony), Aggravated Assault with a Vehicle (Class 4 Felony) and Reckless Driving (Class A Misdemeanor).

Michael Workheiser: Michael Workheiser Plead Guilty to Aggravated Battery in a Public Place for shooting two people with a BB Gun. Workheiser waived sentencing by Judge Hathaway at the Plea. A Sentencing Hearing is scheduled for June 21, 2023, at 1 PM with Judge Cosby. Read more here.
