Nicole Daulton: Nicole Daulton remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond. After conversations with his client, Attorney Camp requested the case be set back to Jury Pre-trial. John DeBord: John DeBord, 19,, of Geneseo waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment. Attorney Breedlove has a trial on February 16th and requested his client be excused from the Pre-Trial because another attorney may need to cover the Pre-Trail. Judge Patton excused Mr. DeBord from the February 16th Pre-Trial but said he must be present for future hearings. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for February 16, 2023, at 1 PM. John DeBord is charged with Video in a Public Place/Victim under 18 (Class 3 Felony).
Jeffery Hollingsworth: Jeffery Hollingsworth remains in custody on a $50,000 (10%) bond. Jeffery Hollingsworth waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment and plead Not Guilty. Attorney Camp requested the preservation of audio and video. A Jury Pre-Trial is scheduled for February 16, 2023, at 9 AM. Hollingsworth is charged with Aggravated Unlawful use of a Weapon by a Felon x 2 (Class 2 Felony) and Possession of a Weapon by a Felon (Class 3 Felony). Marcus Smith: Marcus Smith remains in custody on a $25,000 (10%) bond. Marcus Smith was informed by Judge Patton that there is a conflict with the Public Defender because Attorney Lance Camp is representing the co-defendant, Jeffery Hollingsworth. Attorney Aaron Dyer was appointed as counsel. The Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for January 30, 2023, at 2 PM. Smith is charged with Unlawful Possession of Weapon by a Felon (Class 2 Felony), Possession of 30-100 grams of Cannabis (Class A Misdemeanor) and Resisting a Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor). Jeffery Cerda: Jeffery Cerda appeared at his First Appearance with Attorney VanDerSnick. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for February 21, 2023, at 1 PM. Cerda posted bond on December 27, 2022, and was released. Cerda is charged with Possession of 15<100 Grams of Cocaine (Class 1 Felony) and Manufacture/Deliver 15<100 Grams of Cocaine (Class X Felony).
