Michael Lindquist:  Michael Lindquist remains in custody on a $150,000 (10%) bond.  Set for Final Pre-Trial on March 27, 2023, at 10 AM.  Attorney Camp said he needs to speak with State’s Attorney Runty about a counter offer.  Judge Patton said one case will be set for trial if a plea agreement is not reached by March 27th.  Lindquist is charged with Possession of a firearm by a Felon (Class 3 Felony), Possession of Meth <5 grams (Class 3 Felony), Resisting Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor), Flee to Elude (Class A Misdemeanor), Driving on Revoked License (Class A Misdemeanor), plus traffic violations for case 22CF355.  The State dismissed the two Class X Felonies for case 22CF255 in January.  Lindquist is charged with Lindquist is charged with Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License from a DUI (Class 4 Felony) and Driving on Revoked License (Class A Misdemeanor) for case 22CF69.

Nicole Daulton:  Nicole Daulton remains in custody on a $500,000 (10%) bond.   The co-defendant case is still pending.  State’s Attorney Runty said they received the lab results on Wednesday, March 15th.  The Jury Pre-Trial is continued to April 13, 2023, at 10 AM.  Nicole Daulton is charged with three (3) counts of Permitting the Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class 1 Felony).  Daulton is charged for allegedly allowing Melcon DeJesus to sexually abuse her minor child.  DeJesus is charged with four (4) counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child under 13 2021CF96.  Read more here.

Dalton Solomon:  Set for Plea on April 18, 2023, at 2:30 PM.  Solomon is charged with Grooming (Class 4 Felony) a 14 year old child using an Xbox to send sexually explicit messages.  Read more here.

Jose Janacua:  Jose Janacua, 48, of Davenport, Iowa, waived his Preliminary Hearing and Formal Arraignment in February.  Attorney Camp gave a plea offer to his client on March 16th.  Need to go over some discovery.  The Jury Pre-Trial is Continued to April 13, 2023, at 10 AM.  Judge Patton said no more continuances if Jose Janacua doesn’t make and keep an appointment with Attorney Camp.  Janacua is charged with Armed Violence (Class X Felony), Possession of Meth <5 Grams (Class 3 Felony), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class 4 Felony) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor) 2023CF52.

Kaler Deakin:  Attorney Thurman said he received Discovery and needs time to review the discovery.  Jury Pre-Trial continued to April 13, 2023, at 1 PM.  Deakin is charged with two (2) counts of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon/Vehicle (Class 4 Felony), two (2) counts of Possession of a Firearm (Class 4 Felony), Violation of Bail Bond (Class A Misdemeanor), Violation of Pretrial Release (Class A Misdemeanor) and Transportation of Alcohol (Class P Other) 2023CF12.

Joseph Czolgosz:  Joseph Czolgosz remains in custody on a $150,000 (10%) bond.  Czolgosz accepted a Partially Negotiated Plea.  Czolgosz pleaded guilty to Counts one and two for Possession of Child Pornography, the remaining counts will be dismissed by the State.  The charges are mandatory consecutive and he must serve 50% of each sentence.  In June 2021, Detective Kingdom of the Kewanee Police Department was alerted to an upload of suspected child pornography.  Czolgosz was identified as the suspect during the investigation and his electronic devices were seized and taken to a lab for processing.  Eight images containing child pornography were located on the devices.  The images showed persons under the age of 18 engaged in sexual acts with another person.  Czolgosz was originally charged with eight (8) counts of Possession of Child Pornography/Victim under 13 (Class 2 Felony).  A Sex Offender Evaluation and a Pre-Sentencing Investigation were ordered.  Sentencing is scheduled for May 9, 2023, at 3 PM.

Dillon Schilling: Details for the TASC Probation are almost complete.  A Plea Hearing is scheduled for May 12, 2023, at 10:30 AM.  Judge Patton approved an Electronic Home Monitoring Screening request by Attorney VanDerSnick.  State’s Attorney Runty indicated the State is against an Electronic Home Monitoring sentence.  Schilling is charged with Armed Violence (Class X Felony), Residential Burglary (Class 1 Felony), Theft (Class A Misdemeanor), Possession of 30-100 grams of Cannabis (Class A Misdemeanor), Possession of a Forearm (Class A Misdemeanor) and Manufacture or Deliver 30-500 grams of Cannabis (Class 3 Felony).  Schilling is charged with breaking into and stealing from a house owned by Ian Bliss.  TASC stands for Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) Evaluation and, if he completes the program, the conviction will be removed from his record.  TASC is intended to help people with addiction problems and no prior record, that committed the crime due to addiction, a second chance to get help.

John A DeBord:  A Plea Hearing is scheduled for April 14, 2023, at 10:30 AM.  John A DeBord of Geneseo is charged with Video in a Public Place/Victim under 18 (Class 3 Felony).
