Nicole Daulton is charged with three (3) counts of Permitting the Sexual Abuse of a Child (Class 1 Felony). Kaler Deakin: Attorney Thurman said Mr. Deakin gave him the name of a potential witness. Attorney Thurman said he is trying to locate the witness. Mr. Deakin is moving but will remain in Illinois. Judge Patton told Kaler Deakin to provide his new address to his attorney and the Circuit Clerks office because a warrant will be issued for his arrest if he fails to appear because he didn’t get a notice in the mail.
