Bradley Kelly: A Jury Trial is scheduled for April 24, 2023, at 9:15 AM. Mr. Kelly said he wouldn’t accept any offer from the State at his last Final Pre-Trial. The State said the offer sent to Kelly is revoked. Kelly is charged with Child Abduction (Class 4 Felony), Endangering the Life or Health of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor), and Resisting a Peace Officer (Class A Misdemeanor). Read more here. Mark Frampton: Mark Frampton remains in custody on a $25,000 (10%) bond. A Plea Hearing is scheduled for May 9, 2023, at 3:30 PM. Frampton is charged with two (2) counts of Failure to Register a New Address within 5 Days (Class 3 Felony) for the Violence Against Youth Act.
Richard McDonald: Richard McDonald remains in custody of the Henry County Jail on a $150,000 (10%) bond. The results from the Mental Health Evaluation ordered in February are still pending. Defense Attorney Camp requested Discovery in the Case be disclosed to Dr. Brownfield so he can complete his evaluation. The State had no objection so the request was approved. Continued to May 15, 2023, at 9 AM for Status. McDonald is charged with Making Terrorist Threats (Class X Felony), two violations the Sexual Offender Registration Act (Class 3 Felonies).
