Stiner received 180 days in jail with Day for Day credit, credit for time served, 30 Months Conditional Discharge, Stiner is to abide by the terms of the Order of Protection, Stiner may travel to Iowa for Work, he is to have no abusive, harassing, or insulting contact with the victim plus fines and assessments.
