Khaji Bradley: Khaji Bradley, 30, of Chicago did not appear at his Preliminary Hearing. His attorney said he contacted the Public Defender’s office and said he took the train from Chicago but didn’t have the money for transportation to Cambridge from Kewanee. Additionally, he didn’t have time to arrange a ride from Henry County Transportation. He indicated to the Public Defender’s office that he would need a couple weeks to arrange transportation. However, Mr. Bradley was issued a Notice to Appear Sunday night for Trespass to State Property. A warrant was issued for $7,500 (10%). Bradley turned himself in to the Kewanee Police Department Monday afternoon and was transported to the Henry County Jail. Bradley was released on his original bond that was posted over the weekend.
