The Dance Hall Doves are performing live on November 12, 2023, from 2 PM to 4 PM at the Carl Sandburg State Historic Site, located at 313 E. Third Street in Galesburg.   The first set starts at 2 PM and the second set starts at 3:15. Refreshments will be served between sets.  A donation of $5 per person is suggested.

A talented duo, the Dance Hall Doves feature two key players from the Galesburg entertainment scene. Erin Glasnovich is known for her guitar playing and soulful vocals as Sullivan’s Daughter. Corie “Cow” Weisenberger lends his similar talents to such bands as the Memphis Dives. Combining their musical prowess together, the Dance Hall Doves feature a mix of bluegrass, folk, rock, oldies, and original tunes.

Songbag Concerts are presented by the Carl Sandburg Historic Site Association and Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Additional funding in part by the Mark & Celia Godsil Family Fund, a Donor Advised Fund of the Galesburg Community Foundation.
